What I Ate Thursday

Breakfast

It's - what I call-  breakfast platter and it contain a scrambled eggs, tomato, black and green olives, feta cheese and one slice of bread.


Lunch

It's Mama Rosa's meaty tomato pasta sauce withe pasta helical and this not authentic recipe it's just make it my own way and it's one of my go to recipes.


Snack

 Green tea with about a handful of pistachios.

Diner

It's chickpeas and tomato salad which usually I make it with spinach and onion but I don't have spinach so I just used what I have and it still yummy and I ate it with stuffed grape leaves and a side of potato.
