Hi again beautiful people. It's time for a challenge!!

I started The 30 Day Fat Burn Workouts no rest days or anything every day 10 minutes workouts that will make you sweat really fun and challenging. I pair it with a worm up and a cool down of my choice. Because I'm used to longer workouts sometimes I like to do something more like an arm workout or an butt and thigh strength workout.

I'm excited to see how I'm going to do in this challenge so far so good I'm tired but you know it's good tired.

Weekly Workout Update #7&8&9

Hi again beautiful people,

I been slacking with my workouts and with writing the updates.  For week#7 I did the Fitness Blender's 5 Day Workout Challenge to Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscle. For week#8 I did workouts here and there when ever I felt like it and for week#9 I didn't workout at all and I don't feel bad about it I feel like I needed this time to refresh and now I'm excited to get back to it and give it my all.

Spring Wish List

Spring is here and it's time to let the earth new outfit reflects on our outfits. This is the time of year that give us the opportunity to experiment with differences trends, colors. prints and fabrics because when summer time come me personally I'll just try to look for the most lightweight staff but in spring I can layer without feeling like an oven and the weather is not to hot that you want to take you close off and live in the shower - can you tell I'm not a summer person-.
