Hi again beautiful people!
Last week I didn't stick to my schedule and I haven't been eating healthy But this week I'm going to work hard and make sure that I will finish this week strong.

Wednesday
35 min. Yoga
& kettlebells
(use a 10-15 pounds dumbbell instead if you don't have kettlebell)
Thursday
37 min. Total Body Workout W/DB & Stability Ball
Friday
24 min. Total-Body Cardio Burn
30 min. Power Yoga for Core
Saturday
30 min. HIIT Cardio and Strength Training Workout
