What I Ate In A Day

Hi again beautiful people in another what I ate in a day. 


Breakfast

Cup of coffee with fried egg and avocado on toast. 

First Snack of The Day 

banana.

Lunch

 Moussaka - minced meat with potato, eggplant and zucchini fried and cooked in a broth - with white rice.
 

Afternoon Tea


Second Snack

BUGLES not healthy whatsoever but really good.

Diner

Spring rolls and potatoes baked - or grilled - in the oven.


 Of course can't forget about the water and I drink water all day long there is always have a bottle of water in my hand.
