Weekly Workout Update #7&8&9
I been slacking with my workouts and with writing the updates. For week#7 I did the Fitness Blender's 5 Day Workout Challenge to Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscle. For week#8 I did workouts here and there when ever I felt like it and for week#9 I didn't workout at all and I don't feel bad about it I feel like I needed this time to refresh and now I'm excited to get back to it and give it my all.
